"It’s hard to put into words how amazing Mary was during our house hunt on the North Shore! Her guidance, patience, professionalism, knowledge and no-pressure attitude we’re just what we needed as first time homebuyers. Our search lasted 1.5 years and as we hit peaks and valleys with a difficult buyer's market, we were never encouraged to simply settle. She was incredibly pro-active during our hunt, accepted our calls at all times of the day and weekends and help us land our perfect home. She educated us on so many facets of buying a home with her advice and pointing out so many important things during walk throughs and our inspection. She truly went above and beyond. "Mary is the BEST broker we have ever worked with and we highly recommend her!It was such a pleasure to work with her. She is professional, extremely knowledgeable, hands on, thorough, responsive, dedicated and does not treat you as a number like some brokers with too many listings do. She truly cares about her clients and getting the job done. She gets results and gets them quick. She properly priced our home, set reasonable expectations, and got us multiple offers. If you're looking for a home on the North Shore of Long Island, it's hard to find another agent that matches Mary's depth of knowledge and dedication. As a buyer's agent, she was always patient and never pressured me into buying something till I was ready. As a seller's agent, she helped us stay calm in a turbulent market and negotiated a price that was significantly more than what we expected. Even after the contract was signed, Mary helped us list all the furniture in the house and clear it out for sale as we were out of state. I can't recommend her highly enough!"

"We had the great fortune of meeting Mary at an open house. From that initial meeting, we knew Mary would be the perfect real estate broker to help guide us through the process of selling our previous home and the purchase of our new forever home. Her positive and professional demeanor at that open house gave us confidence that she would take great care of us during such an emotional process. Mary is so knowledgeable in all aspects of the real estate process and able to offer guidance and direction to help accomplish all parts of the buying and selling process. Not once did I ever feel like I was bothering her. She was always available and respectful. Mary helped with everything from the staging and marketing of our previous home to helping navigate the process of purchasing our new home. I always knew we chose the best real estate professional for us but it was cemented when she stood outside in the pouring rain with me as we waited for our swing set to be moved from our old home to our new home. Some would say the most important part would be the results and yes, Mary delivered on that end. We had multiple offers on our home in the first week! At the same time, she worked tirelessly to negotiate the purchase of our new home. After going thru the process, it’s nice to have the results but even better when those results are found with a partner that is as loyal, knowledgeable, intelligent and hard working as Mary.
